Description

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Ticket Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys assisting customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and handling multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

The Ticket Agent will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers in person. He / She is responsible for providing front-line customer support by greeting customers, creating itineraries, issuing boarding passes, handling inquiries, and processing payments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude
  • Create itineraries
  • Issue boarding passes
  • Assist customers with general inquiries in person, and by phone
  • Process payments, charges to accounts, and related transactions
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and efficiency

Requirements

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Experience handling cash and card transactions is an asset
  • Experience working in a fast-paced service environment is an advantage

Additional Requirements

Salary Range

  • Training Salary $6 / hour
  • Post Training Salary $7.25 / hour
  • Performance-based reviews with potential for salary growth

Hours

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 45 hours per week
  • Ticket Agent operating hours are 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Seven (7) Days a Week
  • Work schedules will be assigned based on Ticket Agent operating hours and business needs
